Maurice Milton

Maurice was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, and has always been deeply connected to the community. After graduating from Belen Jesuit Preparatory High School, he pursued his higher education at the University of Florida, where he earned both his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and Master’s in Information Systems & Operations Management. These formative experiences provided him with a solid academic foundation, instilling a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the real estate industry, he witnessed firsthand the impact that thoughtful real estate development can have on communities. This sparked his passion from an early age to develop a career where he can positively contribute to his surroundings. Having spent many of his summers working for the family business in different capacities, he’s leveraged the insights and expertise he’s learned to understand the nuances of the market and the importance of building strong relationships.

Blending his educational background and practical experience, Maurice is dedicated to making a meaningful impact for his clients. He believes in the power of collaboration and innovation to continue to grow within this vibrant field. Outside of work, Maurice enjoys exploring Miami’s diverse neighborhoods, staying active in community initiatives, and connecting with fellow real estate professionals.
