Ricardo “Ricky” Querejeta is Co-Founder and Principal Broker of Sea Grove Realty, bringing more than 25 years of experience to Miami’s residential real estate market. A second-generation broker and lifelong Miamian, Ricky has built his career on a deep understanding of the communities he represents, trusted client relationships, and a disciplined approach to negotiating and closing complex transactions.

Raised on Key Biscayne, Ricky began his career with a natural connection to Miami’s waterfront and luxury residential markets. Over the years, his business has expanded throughout many of South Florida’s most established neighborhoods, with significant experience in Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Pinecrest and the surrounding communities.

Ricky has represented buyers and sellers across a broad range of transactions—from waterfront estates and luxury condominiums to development opportunities, vacant land and new construction. His business has grown consistently throughout his career, driven largely by repeat clients, referrals and long-standing relationships. He is particularly valued for his ability to understand a client’s priorities, evaluate a transaction from both a market and financial perspective, and negotiate strategically while keeping the process straightforward and focused.

Before co-founding Sea Grove Realty, Ricky founded and operated IQ Realty, where he established himself as a leading Miami broker representing both domestic and international clients. His experience also includes sales and marketing with Bacardi USA, a background that continues to influence his approach to positioning properties, understanding consumer behavior and creating effective marketing strategies.

Today, Ricky combines decades of experience with a highly personal approach to brokerage. Rather than treating real estate as a transactional business, he views his role as a long-term advisor—helping clients navigate important real estate decisions and often representing the same individuals and families through multiple purchases and sales over many years.

A graduate of Florida State University, Ricky remains deeply connected to the city in which he was raised. Outside of real estate, he is an avid golfer and fisherman and lives in Miami with his wife and two daughters.
