Rick Moreno is one of the co-founders of Sea Grove Realty. His extensive formal and technical training, multi-disciplinary background and interpersonal capabilities are integral to the company’s ability to deliver exceptional service to its clients.

Rick’s interest in real estate began as a youth growing up in Miami surrounded by developing skyscrapers and a booming population as the city emerged as a global metropolis. Further, Rick’s professional and recreational travels have taken him across the globe where he has learned to appreciate the skylines, architectures and demographics that give each city its unique personality. His experiences in cities across the United States such as: Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, Atlanta, San Francisco and others and his travels abroad to cities like Madrid, Paris, Bombay and more have given him a broad understanding of the various cultures across the world. As a result, Rick is able to effectively navigate these different cultures while maintaining his unique Miami roots. This is critical to Sea Grove Realty’s ability to provide the local expertise clients demand with an understanding of today’s global capital markets.

Prior to founding Sea Grove Realty, Rick worked in multiple capacities in the business environment. As a member of the global accounting firm Deloitte, Rick served as a public accountant in a variety of functions. An essential member of the client service team, Rick operated in several industries serving multinational corporations. Most notable was his work as an associate in Deloitte’s Real Estate Group related to the acquisition of Equity Office Properties by The Blackstone Group LP. Rick also gained experience in sales and marketing as part of the Pernod Ricard USA’s marketing division. His quantitative background allowed Rick to apply statistical and data-driven analysis to marketing decisions that helped the company’s brand expansion in the United States’ multicultural markets.

A native Miamian with a passion for the local community, Rick’s unbridled optimism for the future of Miami’s place in the global landscape is at the core of Sea Grove Realty’s vision and the high-quality services it delivers for its clients.
