Maurice was born and raised in Coral Gables, Florida, and has always been deeply connected to the community. After graduating from Belen Jesuit Preparatory High School, he pursued his higher education at the University of Florida, where he earned both his Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering and Master’s in Information Systems & Operations Management. These formative experiences provided him with a solid academic foundation, instilling a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Growing up in a family deeply rooted in the real estate industry, he witnessed firsthand the impact that thoughtful real estate development can have on communities. This sparked his passion from an early age to develop a career where he can positively contribute to his surroundings. Having spent many of his summers working for the family business in different capacities, he’s leveraged the insights and expertise he’s learned to understand the nuances of the market and the importance of building strong relationships.

Born and raised in Miami, Natalia Figueroa is well versed in the lively culture and lifestyle that defines South Florida. After graduating from Florida State University with a dual degree in Finance and Marketing and a Masters of Arts from New York University, Natalia spent nearly a decade in business development roles in Private Wealth Management and Investment Management at Morgan Stanley Latin America. Additionally, she worked as a Sales Director for a corporate wellness company working directly with C-level executives from Fortune 500 companies. Natalia’s experience in these industries brings a unique perspective to her clients in real estate; by having a strong financial background, she understands how to extract the most value out of every transaction and skillfully negotiate on behalf of others to achieve their goals. She is an expert at making data-driven recommendations to help her clients make the best decisions for buying, selling, investing, renting, or moving to South Florida.

Natalia has had a passion for real estate since her college days when she worked for a rental search company, mortgage brokerage, property tax assessment office and the State Capitol with local legislators. Now as an agent at Compass, her excitement for real estate is matched with the robust Compass technology and service offering, including CRM marketing, staging and renovations, further heightening the experience of working with her.

Federika Boulton

A sociologist, project manager, HHRR executive, business owner, and family leader; Federika is a seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience providing top-of-the-line Real Estate services to her clients in South Florida. She brings to the team a rich background capable of supporting the organization in many areas. In addition to her role in Sea Grove Realty, Federika has partnered with Real Property Management – the largest residential property management organization in North America – to offer Residential and Commercial management services in the Miami-Dade and Broward County area.

Paki Fernandez

Patricia “Paki” Fernandez is one of our sales associates at Sea Grove Realty. Her fun and outgoing personality, great relationship building skills, attention to detail and her background in delivering exceptional service help her exceed in the real estate industry.

In addition to her role at Sea Grove Realty, Paki works in marketing and events for the Zoo Miami Foundation, one of the top ten zoos in the nation. Upon graduating at Florida State University, Paki grew her sales experience and network in the Miami hotel industry. She then got an opportunity to move to New York City, where she expanded her portfolio in sales, events, and training programs for Kumon Learning Centers. She then realized that her heart was still in Miami, where she went on to work for the University of Miami Medical Campus in marketing and events.

She was born and raised in Miami, Florida to immigrant parents who were exiled from Cuba and through strength and perseverance followed their American Dream. Marisa Perez

Real estate is Marisa Perez’s passion. She was born and raised in Ecuador and has been living in Miami since 2009, where she lives with her husband and 2 young daughters. She started in Real estate as an investor. The combination of spotting opportunity and understanding the market led her to ultimately become a real estate agent.

Alec is a graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. He obtained a bachelor degree in Marketing from the A.B. Freeman School of Business. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Ricky’s negotiating skills are complimented by his prioritization of the client’s goals. Furthermore, his economic and sales background coupled with his extensive experience working in the Miami real estate market is an integral part in ensuring the company’s ability to provide its clients with hands-on, personally tailored services.

A 2nd generation broker, Ricky was raised on the shores of Key Biscayne and has developed a niche in the luxury waterfront market. While his formal education allows him to understand the complexities of a vacillating market, it is his experience and commitment to his clients that have ultimately earned him a reputation of unwavering professionalism. He has cultivated long-lasting relationships with his clients due to his ability to evaluate the conditions within a particular cultural and economic climate, listen to his clients’ needs and structure deals that are both beneficial and loyal to those needs.

Prior to founding Sea Grove Realty, Ricky was the owner of IQ Realty, where he brokered over $100 million in sales ranging from Key Biscayne penthouses to Estates in Coral Gables to raw land parcels for dream home new construction. At IQ Realty, Ricky was consistently considered one of Miami’s premier brokers and has been designated a Power Broker by the Miami Real Estate Association.
